Our support fee is inclusive of all telephone, email and remote support. Not only can we resolve your users' day to day problems quickly but many more technical issues can be addressed via remote access to your servers or workstations.

PCS Networks will provide your company with the level of network support you might not have in-house ensuring your networks run smoothly. Leaving you time to concentrate on your business.
We offer support and management contracts based on a quarterly fee depending on your company network size. For example a server with up to 7 workstations is only £495 + VAT per quarter, less than the cost of a network specialist for one day, and this includes the following:
1. 8 x 5 telephone and email support for all your end users
2. Remote access support for your server and workstations
3. Management and updating your Sonicwall security appliances
4.Monitoring and updating your server
5. Administrative tasks on the server such as adding user accounts, email accounts, reseting passwords etc.
6. If attendance on site is required, this is charged by the hour without the half-day minimum call out fee for non-support clients
